No. BAGHOLDER is a software tool that orchestrates on-chain swaps on your behalf using your own wallet. We never hold, route, or process your funds. All transactions are signed and submitted by your Privy embedded wallet.
Round-ups have a 10% platform fee (e.g., $10 purchase = $9 crypto + $1 fee). DCA recurring buys have a flat fee: $0.75 for $10–$25 purchases, $1.50 for $25.01–$100. Network gas on Base L2 is approximately $0.01 per swap. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or spread markups.
BAGHOLDER uses Stripe Financial Connections to link your bank account with read-only access. We can see transaction amounts and merchant names to calculate round-ups, but we never receive your account numbers or login credentials.
All tokens are stored in your own Privy embedded wallet on Base L2 (Ethereum Layer 2). Your wallet uses multi-party computation (MPC) — key shards are split between your device and Privy infrastructure. BAGHOLDER never has access to your private keys.
Yes. You can pause or stop all automated purchases at any time from Settings. You can also adjust your daily purchase limit, round-up rules, and DCA schedules.
BAGHOLDER is available in 45 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. It is currently not available in New York, Hawaii, Connecticut, Louisiana, or Vermont due to state-specific regulatory requirements.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently erases all local data, revokes Stripe bank access, and disconnects your Privy session. Any tokens already in your wallet remain yours — we cannot access or remove them.
If a token in your bag becomes illiquid on decentralized exchanges, BAGHOLDER will remove it from your automated buy rotation and redistribute your allocation among remaining tokens. We will NOT automatically sell any crypto you already own, as selling may create a taxable event.
